VEN. ONOVO CELEBRATES ACM SUNDAY IN STYLE, VISITS CHURCHES ACROSS NIGER WEST As the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion celebrated ACM Sunday today, 30/05/21, Ven. Onovo, ACM Chaplain, Niger West Diocese, in the company of Bro. Mike Chukwuma, ACM Diocesan President, visited some churches in the diocese to have first hand experience of the event. The Ven. and his entourage were warmly received by the Vicars of the churches visited. In Immanuel Church Umueri, Ven. Theophilus Edo, warmly received the August visitors. They were graciously received at Holy Trinity Igboezulu by Ven. I. C. Obalum. At St. Peter Aguleri and Divine Love church, Ven. Akachukwu and Rev Canon Osita Ezechi made them welcome. The Ven. as well dispatched Br. Kenneth Obinwa, ACM Vice President to churches across Nando to celebrate with the children. The churches visited include: St. Jude Nando, St. Michael Ikem Nando, and St. Paul Isi-Inyi Nando. The celebration was exceedingly colourful at St. Michael and All Angels

OUR AMAZON... OUR PRIDE.... Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh's meteoric rise in public service is not only a source of inspiration for many, but also an elevation worthy of emulations by the young females of Enugu State and beyond. Chief Whip, who hails from Udi but got married in Agbudu in Awgu LGA of Enugu State had a great career as a teacher before she delved into politics. The hallmark of her teaching career and public services are centred on compassions and selflessness.  Her political journey started with an appointment as a Personal Assistant to the then Chairman of Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB) and from there, she rose to the position of PDP Zonal Woman leader of Enugu West Senatorial District. A position which made her a natural leader of women and also a  mobilizer of women into politics. Also, her efforts in Enugu State as then ENSIEC Commissioner was a great asset to the state as she was instrumental to the many victories of the PDP at various Local Governmen

CHIEF WHIP ENHA COMMISERATE WITH THE FAMILY OF OKOLO'S Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh condoled with the family of OKOLO'S and the good people of Ogugu Community over the passing unto glory of their sister, wife, relative and mother; LATE MRS CECILIA CHIKAODILI OKOLO (GBAZUO-AGU, NEE IFE) who was laid to mother earth at her husband's compound in Ezioha Ogugu, Awgu LGA, today Fri, April 30, 2021 after a requiem Mass held in her honour @St. Mary's Catholic Church, Ogugu.  Before her death, LATE MRS CECILIA CHIKAODILI OKOLO was one of the INSTRUCTORS OF JANE CARES ADULT LITERACY EDUCATION PROGRAM handling Ogugu learning centre. Also during her life time on earth, Late Mrs Cecilia Chikaodili Okolo was a devoted Christian and an active member cum principal officer of the Catholic Women Organisation (C.W.O) in Mbanabo and Awgu Catholic Diocese.  In the tribute paid to Mr Okolo Patrick Iloegbunam (husband of the deceased),  the delegate to the burial ceremony conveyed the

VENERABLE ONOVO CELEBRATES GOD'S MULTIPLE BLESSINGS It was the literary icon, Chinua Achebe who said that when God likes a man, "wealth flows like a river into his house; his yams grow as big as human beings, his goats produce threes and his hens hatch nines." And so it is that God loves Ven. I. E. Onovo and has so bountifully lavished His blessing on him and his family.  The reason why friends and well-wishers gathered today, 2nd May, 2021 at St. Michael and All Angels Ivite Aguleri to congratulate the Ven and his wife on the Ven's  10th year priestly Anniversary, his birthday and the 4th Ivite Aguleri Special Parish Women Conference/ Award ceremony. The guest preacher in the thanksgiving service, Ven. Charles Chukwurah described the celebrant, as a gift to humanity but especially to the Anglican Diocese of Niger West. According him, Ven.
