"CHIME’S YEARS" IN ENUGU'S HISTORY, ​A LEGACY OF EXCELLENCE — ENUGU DEPUTY LEADER, ENEH PENS HEARTFELT MESSAGE TO SULLIVAN CHIME, ON HIS BIRTHDAY

​As the people of Enugu and well-wishers across the state celebrate the birthday anniversary of a visionary leader, the Deputy Leader of the Enugu State 8th Assembly and Member Representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh has issued a glowing and heartfelt birthday message to the former Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Barr. Sullivan I. Chime.

​In a statement made available to JANE-CARESTV, Mrs. Eneh described the former governor as a "foundational architect of modern Enugu," whose tenure (2007–2015) remains a gold standard for urban renewal, security, and administrative discipline. She noted that his birthday is not just a personal milestone but a day for the state to reflect on the peace and unprecedented infrastructural growth witnessed under his leadership.

​"On this special day, I join millions of Ndi Enugu in celebrating a man of courage, a silent achiever, and a leader who leads with profound integrity," the statement read. "Barr. Sullivan Chime’s dedication to the Enugu project transformed our state landscape and our collective mindset. His '4-Point Agenda' was not just a political slogan but a blueprint that brought tangible progress to every corner of the state."

"Chime Years" in Enugu's history on transformative leadership is such that can not be forgotten in a hurry."

​Mrs. Eneh further emphasized that Chime’s post-office conduct continues to inspire the people of the state, as they commend his dignity and continued commitment to the progress of the state.

​"Your Excellency, as you mark another year, my prayer is that the Almighty God continues to sustain you in sound health and wisdom. May your days be filled with peace and grace to move to higher greatness. Happy birthday, the People’s Governor," Mrs Eneh stated.
