*CHIEF WHIP ENHA GAVE 53 APPOINTMENTS, 3 EMPOWERMENT IN ONE WEEK*

Jane Cares tv news network was live to cover the event as some persons numbering a total of fifty-three appointees amid tears of joy received their letters of appointment to serve in different capacities under the administration of the Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh (Agudo Nwanyi), member representing Awgu North constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly.

The official handover of the letter of appointment to the aides and the empowerment items to the beneficiaries was conducted in two batches. The event for the batch A appointees where 26 aides were given their appointment letters was conducted at her office in the Enugu State House of Assembly complex, independence layout,  Enugu on thursday, 6th of August, 2020 while the batch B event where extra 27 appointees were given their appointment letters together with the handover of the empowerment items to the 3 beneficiaries was held at her constituency office, opposite the police post, umuonwo, in Ihe town on tuesday,11th of August 2020. 

While addressing the beneficiaries, the Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh (Agudo Nwanyi) in her speech explained that the batch A beneficiaries were for both Awgu North and South Constituents, while the batch B beneficiaries centered only on the Awgu North constituents. In her speech further to the beneficiaries, she explained that in the midst of the negative effects of the COVID-19 virus pandemic on the country's economy, that most families are facing untold hardship, thus, she deemed it necessary to ameliorate the sufferings of her people by placing some of them on payroll from her own monthly salary in the state so that they could be supporting their families financially every month in alleviating poverty and hunger. She also told those empowered with a brand new motorcycle, wheel chair and sewing machine to use them judiciously alongside with some financial support given to them in maintaining good means of livelihood for themselves and their families in this trying time.

This pronouncement from the Chief Whip elated the beneficiaries causing them to clap and dance for joy saying that this type of hospitality and kind gestures from someone who does not even receive any allocation to run her office is the first of its kind in the history of Awgu politics and Enugu State in general. 

The beneficiaries in the spirit of happiness prayed for the Chief Whip for God to continue making her soar high in her political career and life endeavours. In the same vein, they also extended their prayers to his Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Gburus) for giving them a good representative like the Chief Whip who does not think of herself alone but rather for the good of her people.

As the Chief Whip further added that all the appointments are with immediate effect, all the beneficiaries alongside with their loved ones, increased the tempo of their singing galore chanting;

Long live Chief Whip ENHA!

Long live Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh!

Long live Agudo Nwanyi!

Long live his Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Gburus)

Enugu State is truly in the hands of God.
