It was indeed an awesome day to remember as it coincided with the birthday of our chief whip, hence making it a double celebration and an honour from God.

Chief whip at the receipt of the award through Hon. Mrs Gladys Chukwu (JAAC woman) who represented her at the ceremony (due to her already scheduled program of visiting the old people's homes which she does every year while marking her birthday), dedicated the award to God and every woman folk in Awgu for their immense support to her so far, urging them for more prayers and support to better our society with the dividend of democracy at all the grassroot levels. The whole of Michael Okpara Square was thrown into a dancing galore as the DJ played *Ekwelugo hit track* to celebrate the giant political strides of the Chief Whip.
