Just In-Chief Whip prayed for constituents on feast of Assumption.


*CHIEF WHIP ENHA PRAYED FOR HER CONSTITUENTS ON FEAST OF THE ASSUMPTION*

Roman Catholic church universally celebrate the feast of the Assumption on August 15 every year according to the liturgical calendar and doctrine of the church. This dogma commemoration is believed to be the day that our Blessed Virgin Mary was assumed body and soul into heaven following the end of her life on earth.

Chief Whip ENHA, a devoted Catholic faithful and a lover of the Blessed Virgin Mary mapped out this year's feast to pray for her Constituents and also asked the Blessed Virgin Mary to help intercede for us especially in this trying time that the deadly COVID-19 virus pandemic is ravaging millions of lives and the economic activities of the global world.

This was disclosed to Jane Cares tv news network today after she attended the morning mass celebrated at Holy ghost Catholic cathedral, Ogui rd, Enugu on the commemoration of the feast. In her words she said "I have been marking this feast since but on this year's own, I want to dedicate it to my constituency by praying for my Constituents because if it's well with them, it will be well with me too as their representative". 

With this kind of sacrifice channelled in the right direction, one can actually say that when the righteous is on the throne, the people rejoice.
