UPDATE FROM THE PDP WARD MEETING IN
AWGU NORTH CONSTITUENCY
...ALL THE FIVE WARDS IN AWGU NORTH CONSTITUENCY HELD HER
MEETINGS AMIDST JUBILATIONS AS JANE CARES NAME TOOK OVER THE ATMOSPHERE.
….CHIEF WHIP ENHA IMPRESSED CONSTITUENTS WITH OVER FIFTY
CRATES OF DRINKS (BEER & MALT) FOR REFRESHMENTS DURING THE MEETING WHICH
WAS HELD SIMULTANEOUSLY ACROSS ALL WARDS
At the PDP Ward meeting held on Saturday, 17th October, 2020
across all the five wards in Awgu North constituency, the ward party executives
and party faithful turned out in their numbers to the meeting as it's the first
meeting in the entire state since the outbreak of the dreaded COVID-19 virus
pandemic.
At the various wards, the Party Chairmen appreciated all the
party stalwarts for making out time to the meeting and advised everyone to
continue to put in their best towards building the party as party is supreme
and PDP is one.
During the meeting across the wards, some of the
beneficiaries from the Chief Whip's recent political appointments took to
the stage to shower encomium to the Chief Whip
for her kind heart and benevolences towards the constituents and most
especially for their appointments as it was the first of its kind ever recorded
in the history of the constituency where an elected political office holder
under just one year in office gave 58 persons an appointment, empowered many
women & youths , amidst
other acts
of charity too numerous to mention that she does on a daily basis both within
and outside the constituency. The beneficiaries urged all the Party faithfuls
across all the wards to continue to pray and support the Chief Whip as she soars
higher in her political career because she has shown capacity in leadership
within the short period in office.
The D Mayor of Awgu LG ; Hon. Barr. Lota Ogbonnia, as well
as the Supervisor for works; Hon. Ikenna Okolie of Awgu LG council, both from
Owelli/Ugbo/Amoli/Ogugu ward in their different speeches also eulogized the
Chief Whip for all her good works in the constituency and asked all to keep
supporting and praying for her in all her life endeavours because she is doing
well in all capacity.
The Chief Whip in her usual philanthropic nature supported
the ward meeting across all the wards in Awgu North Constituency with over fifty creates of drinks (Beer & Malt)
for the refreshment of the meeting which all the wards appreciated, praised and
thanked her for her large heart of philanthropies.
The meeting was a success as all the attendants in the light
of the glamour and refreshments sang PDP song all through.
