INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION - CHIEF WHIP MESSAGE TO WOMEN

As the global world commemorate the International Women's Day celebration today, Mon. March 8th, Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh congratulated the women folk for their uniqueness in the global recognition. 

While speaking with the media crew of JANE-CARESTV in her office at the Enugu State House of Assembly complex, Chief Whip reiterated her stand to continue to do her best in living up to her leadership role as a servant of the people in order to prove to those who nurture the mindset that women shouldn't be given leadership positions wrong, as recent records have proven that most women in the corridors of power are not only making waves but are also changing the narrative in terms of service delivery. 


Stressing further, Chief Whip enjoined women to take up challenges of building capacity, innovations and expertise in their various fields of endeavour for people to begin to have high hopes in women in assigning leadership positions to them. 


Chief Whip also encourages the men to continue to support the women in their efforts and career build up in order to have the best from them. 


Chief Whip in her concluding speech wishes all women the best of Happy Women's Day celebration and prayed to see more women taking up some leadership positions in the state and doing well as well.
