CHIEF WHIP ENHA, HON. JOHNSON THROWS WEIGHTS ON AWGU ADMINISTRATORS' NOMINEES DURING THEIR SCREENING AT THE HALLOWED CHAMBER


CHIEF WHIP ENHA, HON. JOHNSON, AT PLENARY SESSION SUPPORTS AWGU ADMINISTRATOR NOMINEES TO BE INAUGURATED

As scheduled by the legislators of the Hallowed Chamber of the Enugu State House of Assembly, all the nominees for the portfolio of an Administrator at Development Centres were screened on Mon, July 26, during plenary session. 

The Sixty eighty (68) new Development Centre Administrators who were called to the floor of the house according to their Local Government Council areas were scrutinized and asked questions by the house members, based on their respective curriculum vitae submitted.  

The Nominees from Awgu Local Government Council which comprised of; Solomon Egbo (Mbanabo North), Nonso Miracle Ochi (Mbanabo South), Maximus Oha (Awgu Central) and Ndubuisi Nwankwo (Anikenano/Ugwueme), were in attendance at the screening session. 

After their screening exercise, Hon. Johnson Chukwuobasi (Ebelekum), who is the Member representing Awgu South Constituency moved a motion at the floor of the House for the nominees to be inaugurated as Administrators of their respective Development Centres. In supporting the motion moved, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh who is the Chief Whip/Member representing Awgu North Constituency seconded the motion moved by her counterpart for the honourable house to proceed with the inauguration of the screened administrator nominees. 

The Speaker of the ENHA, Rt. Hon. Edward Uchenna Ubosi, who also doubled as the Chairman of the screening session, in approval for the nominees to be inaugurated ruled in favour of those with "I"s since there was no "nil".  

Enugu State is in the hands of God.
