AWGU EX-COUNCILLORS VISIT CHIEF WHIP ENHA, PLEDGE THEIR SUPPORTS TO HER RE-ELECTION

Awgu former councillors yesterday thursday, July 14, paid a solidarity visit to the office of the Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh, Member representing Awgu North Constituency, to laud her numerous achievements within her short period of stay in office and also assure her of their unalloyed supports to her re-election in 2023. 

Speaking during the visit, Hon. Sebastian Chukwu (Leader of the group) onbehalf of his colleagues (those present and those absent due to some other commitments) thanked the Chief Whip for her good record of quality representation and assured her that the reward for a job weldone is more work. We also want to laud "Gov. Ugwuanyi-led administration for all his giant political feat in Awgu and Enugu State in general", it is indeed worthy of note to say that this administration have carved a niche for itself in the good book of history of the State, Hon. Sebastian Chukwu emphasized. 

Adding further, other speakers in their various speeches also assured the Chief Whip of their resolve (together with their followers) to deliver all the PDP flag bearers in Awgu at the forthcoming 2023 general election. 

In appreciation, Engr. Chris Enebe who stood in for the Chief Whip due to her busy schedule and other official engagements welcomed and thanked the Ex-Councillors for their visit and commended them for their doggedness, steadfastness and continued faith in the party even after the duration of their office. Chief Whip also enjoined them to be good partners in governance for a more inclusive service delivery at the grassroots. 

Those in attendance at the visit includes but not limited to the following; Rt. Hon. Sebastian Chukwu, Rt. Hon. Gideon Okolo (Current Supervisor for works, Awgu LG Council), Rt. Hon. Adolphus Ekwegbo, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyichukwu Chukwu, Rt. Hon. Ugwubueze Okpa and Rt. Hon. Emma Uduji.
