Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh, Member representing Awgu North Constituency, yesterday Sunday July 24, joined Awgu leaders and Stakeholders to welcome Barr. Peter Mbah, the PDP Enugu Guber flag bearer for 2023 election and his team to Awgu LG secretariat on a "Thank You" 

visit. 

In his "Thank you" speech during the visit, the PDP Guber flag bearer, Barr. Peter Mbah appreciated Ndi Awgu for their warm welcome and thanked them immensely for their supports which saw to his emergence at the primary election. Hence, my visit alongside with my team to appreciate you all for the roles you played towards my victory which we shall not take for granted, Mbah stated.  

Speaking further, Barr. Mbah promised that if elected into office, his  administration will work towards improving the state GDP and focus its efforts  towards improving both the agricultural and industrial sectors for increased productivity and job creation, Mbah assured. 

In her speech at the occasion, Chief Whip welcomed Barr. Peter Mbah and his team to the local government council, and expressed confidence that Ndi Enugu really made a wise choice in the election of him (Peter Mbah) during the party's primary election in May. She therefore assured Barr. Peter Mbah that as the former woman leader of the party in Enugu West, she will mobilize women of Awgu to give the party their bulk votes in the forthcoming 2023 general election.

Ugonna Ibeh (Commissioner for Culture and Tourism), Hon. Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo (Awgu Council Chairman) and his deputy, Hon. (Barr.)
