CHIEF WHIP ENHA, ENEH TOUR HER CONSTITUENCY FOR AUGUST MEETING

As has always been her annual routine to identify with the women of her constituency during their Annual Return for "August Meeting", Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh, Member representing Awgu North Constituency, yesterday friday, August 12, toured round the communities in Awgu North to interact with the women on the theme of this year's celebration titled "Women, The Home, Peace and Bridge Builders". 


Addressing the women during her visit to their various places of meeting, Chief Whip enjoined the women to continue to show supports and commitments to the peaceful build up of homes and the society at large, stressing that women are good foundations to which any progressive home strives. 


Speaking further, Chief Whip lauded the women for their efforts towards the winning of the two trophies that Awgu women brought home during the official flag-off ceremony of the August Meeting at okpara square. Your match past and farm produce exhibitions at okpara square were indeed marvellous, Chief Whip commended the women. We hope for more wins ahead in future, Chief Whip prayed. 


In their respective remarks, the CWO presidents across the communities in the constituency lauded the Chief Whip for her good leadership capacity, open door policy and myriad of achievements recorded on ground within this short period of her stay in office. They made bold to say that CWO is truly proud of their member making waves on the sands of political history in the constituency and the state in general. 

Those who accompanied the Chief Whip to the tour includes; Mrs Gladys Chukwu (Member, JAAC), Lolo Nnenna Okolie (JP), Mrs Igwe Gloria, Mrs Fanny Onyinyechi Umeh, Mrs Egbo Francisca, Mrs Chinelo Onwo, Hon. Egbo Solomon (Administrator, Mbanabo North Dev. Centre), Mrs Ify Dunu, Mr Samuel Ngene, Mr Igwe Austin, Mr Ugochukwu Okonkwo, etc.
