2023 POLL: AWGU NORTH PDP WARD EXCOS, COUNCILLORS VOW TO DELIVER MASSIVE VOTES FOR ALL PDP CANDIDATES

....As Awgu LG PDP Executives from Awgu North Constituency also promise support and votes for all the PDP candidates.

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) from Awgu North Constituency have expressed confidence that the party will deliver massive votes for its State House of Assembly candidate, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh and all the other PDP candidates in the state during the 2023 general poll. 

The Ward Party Executives, Awgu North LG Party Executives, as well as the ward councillors, all reiterated their stand in endorsing and delivering Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh and all the other PDP candidates in the state for the 2023 poll, during its town hall meeting held yesterday thursday, Nov. 10, at Agbogugu. 

Welcoming the Party Chieftains from the Local Government and Wards, Councillors, as well as the state constituency campaign team to the strategic/town hall meeting, Engr. Chris Enebe, took turn to list and explain to all present, the numerous achievements of the Chief Whip within this short period of her stay in office. The crowd was left with a "wow" as to how much that have already been achieved on ground within this short period of 3yrs+ in office. The party stalwarts thereafter concluded that Agudo's signature in office is first of its kind in the history of the constituency.  

Addressing the party chieftains and all present during the town hall meeting, the Director-General (DG) of the PDP State Constituency Campaign Team for Agudo, Chief Anthony Onuigbo (Ezeaduvu) stated "Election is very near. We are working  ahead of time to be proactive in sensitizing our people on the need to vote for all the PDP candidates in the 2023 poll. Luckily for us, we have a State House of Assembly candidate for Awgu North Constituency, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh, as someone who has performed creditably well in office, which is a good credit to the party". So, let us go out there and deliver all the PDP candidates at the poll, for PDP victory in the 2023 poll is a collective responsibility of every constituents, most especially the party itself. However, let's remember that "PDP victory is a victory for our great party and also for our democracy", Chief Onuigbo added. 

According to him, Chief Cajethan Okoye (Awgu LG PDP Secretary), who led his fellow exco members from Awgu North extraction to the strategic meeting, also stated that the Party Excos from the constituency have a responsibility to support and deliver Agudo, and all the other PDP candidates in the 2023 poll. Down here in our constituency, Agudo is a true party woman who has demonstrated proven competence within this short period of her stay in office. So, one good tenure deserves another, Chief Okoye emphasized. 

Also adding her voice, Mrs Theresa Udeagha, Awgu LG PDP woman leader, assured  the Chief Whip that she will mobilize Awgu North women to vote massively for her and also for all the other PDP candidates in the 2023 poll. 

In his remark, Chief Matthias Egbo, Agbogugu Ward Chairman, who spoke onbehalf of his fellow ward chairmen, emphasized that the party is happy with the success story of the series of achievements recorded in Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh's name within this her first tenure. He (Matthias Egbo) therefore called on his fellow ward chairmen to join hands together as one in reelecting Agudo for second tenure because the future is green for the constituency with Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh as its representative. We also owe it to our party, PDP in delivering all the other PDP candidates in the 2023 poll, let us keep this in mind, Chief Egbo submitted. 

Emphasizing more, Hon. Solomon Egbo (Oba N'ihe), Administrator of Mbanabo North Development Centre, lauded the Chief Whip for her exemplary leadership and echoed to everyone present at the meeting that "In 2023, It is PDP all the way". 

Speaking onbehalf of his fellow councillors, Hon. Chukwuemeka Francis Udeh, Leader of Awgu Legislative Arm/councillor representing Ihe ward, showered encomiums on the Chief Whip for redefining leadership in the constituency and assured her of the massive support and votes from the councillors. He (Hon. Udeh) also reiterated that all votes from the people at the grassroots belong to all the PDP candidates in the 2023 poll. 

Appreciating the party excos and councillors present for their unrelenting supports and prayers so far, Chief Whip assured them that she will continue to do her best in ensuring that the dividend of democracy is evenly distributed across the constituency, without leaving any community behind. Please, as you vote for me, also vote for the PDP candidates for the National Assembly Positions (Osita Ngwu for Senate, Enugu West senatorial zone and Anayo Onwuegbu for Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River Federal Constituency). And most importantly, let's give our state guber candidate (Barr. Peter Mbah/Ossai) our bloc votes in the 2023 poll, so that our party will emerge victorious in the 2023 poll, Chief Whip enjoined constituents.
