2023: CHIEF WHIP ENHA, ENEH, ENUGU WEST PDP CANDIDATES STORM OBEAGU, MGBIDI-MMAKU, UGWUEME-ANIKENANO WARDS FOR ENUGU WEST ELECTION CAMPAIGN

Jubilations yesterday February 5th, in Awgu South communities, as Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh, Member representing Awgu North Constituency/PDP candidate for 2023 alongside with her counterpart in Awgu South Constituency, Hon. Johnson Chukwuobasi, PDP candidate for Awgu South Constituency, Hon. Tony Nwankwo, Awgu Council Boss, Hon. Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo, PDP candidates for Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River Federal Constituency and Enugu West Senatorial Zone, Chief Anayo Onwuegbu and Engr. Osita Ngwu respectively, PDP Enugu West Campaign Train, Awgu stakeholders, among others, stormed Obeagu, Mgbidi-Mmaku and Ugwueme-Anikenano wards for Enugu West election campaign. 

Receiving the entourage, The President of Awgu Traditional Rulers Council, HRM Igwe Nevo-Obasi (Ogirishi 1 of Mmaku), welcomed the Enugu West leaders, stakeholders, Campaign Train and PDP candidates to Mmaku community in particular and Awgu South Constituency in general and assured them that the people of Mmaku are solidly behind PDP, which they will show same support and solidarity during the poll. 


Canvassing for votes for the party ahead of the forthcoming general election, Hon. Johnson Chukwuobasi, Member representing Awgu South Constituency; Hon. Tony Nwankwo, PDP candidate for Awgu South Constituency; Hon. (Sir) Obi Carl Kamah, Commissioner for Science and Technology/Director-General (DG), Omeiheukwu Campaign Organization; Hon. Pedro Okwudili Nwankwo, Executive Chairman of Awgu Local Government Council, Chief Prince Gilbert Chikwado Chukwunta, Former Enugu State Governorship Aspirant, in their separate speeches welcomed the PDP stakeholders and candidates to Awgu communities and pleaded with the jubilant people of Awgu South to vote for PDP candidates in the forthcoming poll scheduled for February 25th and March 11th, 2023. 


In his speech, Chief Anayo Onwuegbu, PDP candidate for Aninri/Awgu/Oji-River Federal Constituency asked the people of Awgu South to vote massively for PDP candidates during the poll for amazing dividend of democracy in the area. 



Also in his speech, the PDP candidate for Enugu West Senatorial Zone, Engr. Osita Ngwu enjoined the people of Awgu South to make concerted efforts in ensuring that they deliver all the PDP candidates in their polling units during the February and March elections. 


The jubilant people of Obeagu, Mgbidi-Mmaku, Anikenano-Ugwueme wards assured the PDP candidates of their 100% votes during the poll.

(Barr) Lota Ogbonnia; ward Councillors, Administrators of Awgu Central and Anikenano/Ugwueme Development Centres; Hon. Maximus Oha and Hon. Nathan Okey Udeh; Enugu State PDP Financial Secretary, Hon. Alphonsus Orji; Hon. Prince Fidelis Obidinanwa; Major Gen. Edward Nze (Rtd); Hon. Nnanna Nze, Former Awgu Council Mayor, Dr. Uche Uzochukwu, Former Enugu State Commissioner; Hon. Godwin Udeuhele; Chief Anthony Onuigbo, DG PDP Awgu North Constituency Campaign Team; Traditional Rulers, political appointees, Youths and Women Groups, Enugu West/Awgu LG/Ward Party Excos and faithful, among others.
