CHIEF WHIP ENHA, ENEH WISHES CONSTITUENTS HAPPY MOTHERING SUNDAY

Published by JANE-CARESTV, Sunday March 26, 2023.

As Catholic faithful celebrate its Mothering Sunday today, March 26, with a Theme: "The Dignity of Women in the Society", Chief Whip ENHA, Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh, Member representing Awgu North Constituency, calls on constituents especially the male folks to respect and honour the women, for every woman has the right to live in dignity - free from fear, coercion, violence and discrimination.

Stating further, Chief Whip explains that every woman has the right to a healthy living devoid of any form of abuse or violence on her femininity. When women are given the opportunity to thrive in full appreciation of their God-given talents and potentials, the whole society benefits. The good news is that women were created to be valuable as precious pearls. Nature made it so. Therefore, when we treat them well and also care for them, they will return such gesture with love, Chief Whip explains.

Chief Whip also enjoin mothers not to relent in their selfless sacrifices on motherly care and offer of prayers for their families and the society at large, for those are attributes that mothers are genuinely known for/with.

While wishing constituents a happy and fruitful Mothering Sunday Celebration, Chief Whip prays for good health, long life and prosperity upon all mothers across the globe.
