Jubilation across Awgu North Constituency as the Deputy Minority leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency emerged Chairman, House Committee on Gender Affairs, Vice-chairman House Committee on Civil Service and Labour Matters, as well as Member, six other Committees of the 8th Assembly.


This news was made known by the Enugu State Speaker, Rt. Hon. Uche Ugwu, in his proposed list of standing committees released during plenary to the members of the House, today Thursday, August 17.   


According to the proposal for the standing committees, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Chinwe Eneh made the list in the following House committees; 

✓Chairman - House committee on Gender Affairs. 

✓Vice-chairman - House Committee on Civil Service and Labour Matters.

✓Member - House Committee on Local government Inter-Parliamentary and ENSIEC.

✓Member - House Committee on Works.

✓Member - House Committee on Judiciary, Public Petition, Ethics.

✓Member - House Committee on Transport/Inter-Governmental and House services.

✓Member - House Committee on Rules, Business and Tenders Board.

✓Member - House Committee on Lands, Urban Development & Environment.

Reacting to the news, JANE-CARESTV congratulates and commends Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Chinwe Eneh for adding more fathers to her cap in her political career.
