Okpara has shared a heartwarming birthday message directed to the Deputy Minority Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Chinwe Eneh, on the occasion of her birthday celebration. 

In his message, Mr Okpara lauded the Deputy Minority Leader for her heart of gold to her constituents and also to everyone who has  crossed her path. He prayed for good health, long life, and more success in her endeavours.
