APPEAL COURT VICTORY: ENUGU DEPUTY MINORITY LEADER, ENEH CONGRATULATES GOV. MBAH, DESCRIBES THE VICTORY 'AS AN ACT OF GOD'S WILL'.

The Deputy Minority leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Chinwe Eneh has congratulated Gov. Mbah on his Appeal Court victory.

The court of appeal sitting in Lagos has dismissed the appeal filed against the ruling of the Enugu State Governorship Petitions Tribunal that affirmed Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of People's Democratic Party (PDP) as the duly elected governor of Enugu State.

The judge, in his judgment, delivered on Friday, November 10, ruled that the appeal filed by Chijioke Edeoga of Labour Party, against the tribunal ruling that Peter Mbah was the rightful winner of the March 18th election, was lacking in merit.

In a statement obtained by JANE-CARESTV, the deputy minority leader described the outcome of the appeal court ruling 'as an act of God's will', and a true confirmation of people's choice demonstrated through the ballot on the March 18th poll.

She noted the commitment and sincerity of purpose in the industrialization agenda of Gov. Mbah-led administration, confirming that within just these few months in office, the governor has been able to attract investors, which goes a long way to show that his philosophy on 'Tomorrow Is Here' and disruptive innovation mantra is genuine and also gradually materialising into reality.

"She therefore encouraged everyone across party divides to rise above partisan politics, embrace the spirit of sportmanship, and join hands with the governor in contributing to the building of a new Enugu State."

"Congratulations once more, Mr Governor!!," Mrs Eneh added.

"Our Tomorrow Is Indeed Here" !!!
