                            Season's Greeting

In the spirit of Christmas celebration, the Deputy Minority leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Chinwe Eneh, on Friday, December 22nd, reached out to her constituents with love and gifts. 

                          Ugbo women

Distributing the gifts across the ten towns that make up the constituency, Mrs Eneh emphasized that the gesture was borne out of her desire to enable the beneficiaries and their family members celebrate the yuletide with joy and happiness.

She said the annual gesture was part of her services to God and also to humanity. 

                          Owelli women

According to her, "Christmas season is a season of love and sharing." Considering the biting economic hardship in the country, I have made available for distribution bags of rice, wrappers, weavons, and cash gifts to be shared to the widows, non-widows, youths and stakeholders across the constituency, to enable them celebrate the yuletide with joy."

                         Agbudu women 

"It is my hope and prayer that these gifts will go a long way in impacting lives positively during this period of christmas celebration," she added. 

                             Ihe women 



"The essence of me joining politics is to touch lives positively, hence the need to continuously strive to improve the standard of living of my constituents," Mrs Eneh stated. 

                           Amoli women 

On the beautification of widows, Mrs Eneh in a concerted effort at making the women look good this festive period, hired the services of some hair stylists to help out in the women's hair-do across the ten communities in the constituency, with all the expenses paid by her. 

                         Isuawa women 

Assuring her constituents of always having their interest at heart, the lawmaker solicited for more of their prayers and support to enable her to carry on with the task ahead and also win big for the constituency.

The lawmaker urged her constituents not to relent in their prayers and support to Sen. Osita Ngwu (RG), Chief Anayo Onwuegbu (Omeiheukwu), and Gov. Mbah-led administration for accelerated developments in the state.

Appreciating the Senator representing Enugu West Senatorial Zone, Sen. Osita Ngwu (RG) and the House of Rep Member representing Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River Federal Constituency for the Christmas rice and cash gifts given to her constituents, Mrs Eneh expressed confidence that the people at the grassroot will be very happy celebrating this yuletide with joy and happiness. 

                           Ituku women 

Expressing further, Mrs Eneh opined that if the people at the grassroots are being remembered like this, there won't be any reason for any form of destructive criticisms against our party (PDP), based on personal rancour from constituents. 

                          Ogbaku women 





Responding, the beneficiaries, in their jubilations, thanked the lawmakers for their kind gestures and prayed to God to continue to bless and reward them abundantly. 



In their words, "we are really proud of you (our legislators) as our representatives. You people are getting it right by carrying everybody along in this administration. We urge you (our legislators) to continue in this direction as the sky will continue to be your starting points. Be rest assured of our prayers and support always."

"Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year in advance. Wishing you peace, joy, and love this Christmas and always," Mrs Eneh wished her constituents.
