ENUGU DEPUTY LEADER, ENEH CONGRATULATE NEWLY INAUGURATED PDP AWGU LG, WARD EXCOS

The Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh has extended her warm congratulations to the newly inaugurated People's Democratic Party (PDP) executives at the local government and ward levels in Awgu. The inauguration, held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Awgu Local Government Secretariat, marks a significant milestone in strengthening the party’s grassroots leadership and unity in the local government.

Mrs. Eneh commended the executives for their dedication and commitment to the ideals of the party, emphasizing that their leadership is crucial in driving the party’s agenda of progress and development. She lauded the party’s state leadership, under the chairmanship of Dr. Martin Chukwunweike, for their tireless efforts in fostering inclusivity, accountability, and strategic direction, which have revitalized the PDP’s image as the party of choice for good governance in the state.

The Deputy Leader attributed much of the party's renewed strength and appeal to the inspiring leadership of His Excellency, Gov. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah. She commended the governor’s visionary approach to governance, which has set a benchmark for excellence and ensured that the PDP remains synonymous with effective leadership and transformative policies in the state. Gov. Mbah's commitment to inclusive development and grassroots empowerment has solidified public trust and confidence in the party's ability to deliver on its promises.


As the newly inaugurated executives take on their responsibilities, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Eneh expressed confidence in their ability to build on the party’s successes and deliver on their mandates. She urged them to work collaboratively to deepen the party's grassroots presence, strengthen internal cohesion, and promote the values that have made the party a symbol of hope for the people of Awgu, the state, and beyond.


In her concluding remarks, Mrs. Eneh wished the newly inaugurated executives the grace and wisdom to excel in their positions. She reassured them of her unwavering support and partnership in advancing the party's mission to improve the lives of Ndi Awgu and the state in general.

The event was a testament to the PDP’s collective vision for progress and unity, and it reaffirmed the party's commitment to fostering leadership that prioritizes the welfare and aspirations of the people.
