In a heartfelt felicitation, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane C. Eneh, the Deputy Leader of the 8th Assembly and member representing Awgu North Constituency, has joined well-wishers across Enugu State to celebrate His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Immediate Past Governor of Enugu State, on the occasion of his birthday.
