PDP: ENUGU DEPUTY LEADER, ENEH, COMMENDS CONSTITUENTS ON PEACEFUL, SUCCESSFUL WARD MEETING IN AWGU NORTH

Awgu North Constituency has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to the ideals of democracy and party unity as the People's Democratic Party (PDP) successfully held its first ward meeting of the year. The gathering, which brought together party stakeholders, grassroots mobilizers, and loyal supporters, was marked by a remarkable turnout and peaceful conduct.

The meeting, held across various wards within the constituency, attracted notable dignitaries, including the Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh; Executive Chairman of Awgu Local Government Area, Hon. Uchenna Okolo; and Awgu Local Government PDP Chairman, Hon. Kenechukwu Okolo, among other key party leaders.

Commending party faithful, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh expressed deep appreciation to the constituents for their impressive turnout, particularly given the short notice under which the meeting was convened. She lauded their dedication to the party's vision and lauded their peaceful disposition throughout the exercise, describing it as a true reflection of the political maturity and solidarity that Awgu North Constituency has come to be known for.

“I am truly proud of our people for their commitment and conduct. Today's meeting is not just a success; it is proof that PDP in Awgu North remains united, focused, and ready to take the lead in repositioning our great party for greater exploits in the South East and beyond,” Mrs. Eneh remarked.

The Deputy Leader further called on party members to continue to work harmoniously with the leadership of the party at the ward, local government, and state levels, noting that the strength of the party lies in its unity and collective drive towards progress.

Meanwhile, party faithful across the constituency expressed joy over the positive developments and renewed sense of direction within the party. Many described the meeting as a clear indication that the party in Awgu North is regaining its vibrancy and momentum ahead of future political engagements.

As the PDP sets its sights on strengthening its structures and deepening its roots across the state, the successful conduct of the ward meeting in Awgu North stands as a model of what dedication, unity, and purposeful leadership can achieve.
