As the world marks International Workers’ Day and the dawn of a new month, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane C. Eneh, Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and representative of Awgu North Constituency, salutes the resilience and dignity of workers in the state.

“To every worker, civil servants, artisans, entrepreneurs, and youth—your dedication fuels our communities, strengthens our state, and defines our shared progress,” she said.

Mrs. Eneh appreciates the tireless contributions of the state workforce, emphasizing that “every honest effort counts in shaping a better tomorrow.”

As May begins, she prays for renewed strength, divine protection, and fruitful labour across homes and workplaces.

“Let this new month ignite fresh hope and collective purpose. May we continue to strive, support one another, and build a legacy of unity and growth,” she encouraged.

Happy Workers’ Day and a fulfilling May to all!
