AWGU PDP MARCHES FORWARD: ENUGU DEPUTY LEADER, ENEH HAILS UNITY, COMMENDS PARTY LEADERSHIP FOR GRASSROOTS STRENGTH

Following the successful July meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Awgu Local Government Area, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh, Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, has commended the outstanding commitment and solidarity displayed by party leaders, ward executives, stakeholders, and grassroots members.
Describing the meeting as “a demonstration of deep-rooted loyalty and organizational excellence,” Mrs. Eneh lauded the efforts of the Awgu LGA PDP Chairman, Hon. Kenechukwu Okolo, and his excos for consistently fostering unity, political clarity, and people-centered strategies within the local government chapter.
“I am deeply encouraged by the spirit of commitments and grassroots involvement that defined the July PDP meeting in Awgu. Our party remains strong because our people believe in our shared vision, and our leaders continue to work with sincerity and purpose,” Mrs. Eneh said.
She also acknowledged the unwavering support of the Executive Chairman of Awgu LGA, Hon. Uchenna Okolo, and his representative at the meeting, Rt. Hon. Nelson Uduji, Secretary to the Local Government, for reinforcing the PDP’s commitment to delivering dividends of democracy.
In her remarks, the lawmaker commended the presence and contributions of key figures like Hon. Emeka Ude (Chief of Staff to Senator Osita Ngwu), Hon. Ndubuisi Fidelis (Chief of Staff to Awgu Council Chairman), and Hon. Nnamdi Nwafor (PDP Chairman, Enugu East LGA), describing their participation as “a testament to PDP’s deep political synergy across Enugu State.”
Mrs. Eneh urged party members to remain steadfast, united, and focused ahead of future political engagements. “We must continue to strengthen our structures and deepen our grassroots connection. The future of Awgu PDP is bright—and it belongs to us all.”
She reaffirmed her commitment to working closely with party stakeholders at all levels to promote inclusive governance, community development, and youth empowerment, among others.
“As always, I stand with our party, our people, and our progress,” she concluded.
