Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh, Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Hon. Joseph Uchenna Okolo, Chairman, Awgu Local Government Area, who is fondly known for his One-Day One-Project leadership nickname.
