GLOBAL HONOUR: ENUGU DEPUTY LEADER, ENEH CONGRATULATES MBAH ON PRESTIGIOUS AFRICAN BUSINESS LEADERSHIP AWARD

The Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, following his emergence as African Business-Friendly Governor of the Year at the African Business Leadership Awards held in London.

The global recognition highlights Enugu State’s growing reputation as a forward-looking economic hub driven by reforms, strategic governance, and investor-friendly policies aimed at unlocking sustainable development.

Reacting to the news, Mrs Eneh described the award as a proud moment for the people of Enugu State and a clear validation of the governor’s commitment to building a modern, business-driven economy.

“This international recognition reflects the bold leadership and economic vision that is repositioning Enugu State as a competitive destination for investment in Africa. I warmly congratulate His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, and indeed Ndi Enugu on this remarkable milestone,” Mrs Eneh stated.

She noted that the award further signals growing global confidence in Enugu’s development policies, particularly in areas of economic reform, infrastructure renewal, and policies designed to attract local and international investors.

Mrs Eneh expressed optimism that the milestone will inspire even greater progress, noting that sustained visionary leadership will continue to elevate Enugu’s profile, strengthen its economy, and open new opportunities for the people of the state.
