MOTHERS: THE HEART OF EVERY HOME — ENUGU DEPUTY LEADER, ENEH CELEBRATES MOTHERS ON MOTHER’S DAY 2026

Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh, the Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, has extended warm Mother’s Day greetings to mothers across Awgu North and beyond, celebrating their unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and invaluable role in building strong families and communities.

In her message marking the 2026 Mother’s Day celebration, Mrs. Eneh described mothers as the backbone of the society whose love, resilience, and guidance continue to shape the moral foundation of future generations.

“Today, we celebrate the extraordinary strength, love, and sacrifices of our mothers. Your dedication to nurturing families, guiding communities, and raising responsible citizens remains one of the greatest pillars of societal progress. I salute every mother in Awgu North, across Enugu State, and beyond for your immeasurable contributions to our homes and our society,” she stated.

Mrs. Eneh noted that motherhood represents one of the most profound responsibilities in the society, emphasizing that mothers remain the first teachers, caregivers, and mentors who shape the character and future of every generation.

She further encouraged families and communities to continue honouring, supporting, and uplifting mothers, recognizing that their well-being and empowerment are essential to sustainable development.

Mrs. Eneh concluded by wishing mothers a joyful and fulfilling Mother’s Day, 2026, while reaffirming her commitment to initiatives that promote family welfare, women empowerment, and community development across the constituency.
