APC PRIMARY: ENUGU DEPUTY LEADER, ENEH CONGRATULATES HON. ONWUEGBU ON HIS VICTORY AS THE PARTY'S FLAG-BEARER FOR 2027

The Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member Representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Eneh has congratulated Hon. Engr. Anayo Onwuegbu, FNSE, on his emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag bearer for Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River Federal Constituency following the party’s primary election held on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Mrs Eneh described the victory as a reflection of the confidence reposed in Hon. Onwuegbu’s leadership capacity, commitment to service, and dedication to the growth of Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River Federal Constituency.

She noted that his victory represents a significant step towards strengthening inclusive representation and advancing the collective aspirations of the people across Awgu, Aninri, and Oji-River local government areas. 

“Your emergence as the party’s candidate is well-deserved and a testament to your consistency, experience, and passion for service. I sincerely congratulate you on this important victory and pray God grants you wisdom, strength, and favour as preparations begin for the 2027 general election,” Mrs Eneh stated.

She further called on party faithful and constituents to remain united and committed towards a shared vision of progress, development, and effective representation for the federal constituency.
