Osita Ngwu (RG) The Deputy Minority leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs Jane Chinwe Eneh has congratulated Senator Osita Ngwu (RG) on his emergence as the new Minority Whip of the Senate. During the Senate plenary on Tuesday, November 21, the Senate President, Sen. Godswill Akpabio officially notified the senate of the emergence of Sen. Abba Moro (PDP Benue State) as the new Minority Leader of the Senate, and Sen. Osita Ngwu (PDP Enugu State) as the new Minority Whip of the Senate.  The new appointments became necessary following the removal of Sen. Simon Mwadkwon of PDP Plateau State and Sen. Mrs Jane Chinwe Eneh has congratulated Gov. Mbah on his Appeal Court victory.  The court of appeal sitting in Lagos has dismissed the appeal filed against the ruling of the Enugu State Governorship Petitions Tribunal that affirmed Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of People's Democratic Party (PDP) as the duly elected governor of Enugu State.  The judge, in his judgment, delivered on Friday, November 10, ruled that the appeal filed by Chijioke Edeoga of Labour Party, against the tribunal ruling that Peter Mbah was the rightful winner of the March 18th election, was lacking in merit. Anayo Onwuegbu (Omeiheukwu) on his victory at court of appeal. The court of appeal sitting in Lagos has dismissed the appeal filed by Barr. Chijioke Okereke of the Labour Party against his sack by the Enugu State National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal as Member representing Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River Federal Constituency.  The judges, in a judgement delivered on Monday, November 6, ruled that the appeal against the tribunal ruling that Engr.
