They have named the boy Rian Chimdike Martins. The National and State House of Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Enugu has dismissed and struck out the petition filed by the Awgu North Constituency House of Assembly candidate of the Labour Party, Miracle Chukwunonso Ochi, against the election of Jane Chinwe Eneh of the People's Democratic Party, PDP.  The Tribunal dismissed the petition filed by the Labour Party candidate, Miracle Nonso Ochi, challenging the electoral victory of Jane Eneh, for lack of merit. The Court bemoaned the petitioners' failure to substantiate their claim of irregularities and non-compliance with the electoral act during the conduct of the march 18th poll.
